About
Bring quality pet services to the greater London area.
Relaxing and pleasant experiences.
I am especially passionate about animals and they have always been a valuable part of my life. I believe that animals bring much joy to a person's life and truly are a loved family member. Our family always had at least three cats and a dog and I was always trying to add more to the mix!
My father was a Veterinarian and owned Blue Cross Animal Hospital in London, Ontario. It was here that I spent many hours as a child, watching surgeries, caring for the animals, and cleaning kennels.
I graduated with honors from the Veterinary Technician Program in 1987 (Seneca College). In 1988 I started to work as a part-time Pet-sitter while still employed as a full-time Veterinary Technician . I enjoyed the cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pets that I visited so much that I became a full-time Pet-sitter in 2003.
For more than 20 years it has been a pleasure to meet many wonderful pets and their people.
You will find me to be extremely reliable and deeply committed to the well-being of the animals in my care. Animals of all kinds are not just a business to me, but cherished friends who deserve the very best.
My medical training serves me well as one never knows when an animal might need medical care. If your pet becomes ill while you are away I can work with your Veterinarian to provide excellent care for your pet until you return . (see Testimonials.)
It will give you peace of mind to know that your pets are cared for by a Veterinary Technician with years of experience.
My present animal family consists of several rescued cats and two rescued dogs. Spartacus is a three-legged German Shepherd and Cuba was born in Varadero, Cuba and brought back to Canada when I was vacationing there. He was an emaciated, dying puppy living at a gas station. Now, he is a 55 lb. healthy and happy Canadian dog that loves the snow!
I am also co-founder and active volunteer of Animal Outreach Homeless Cat Rescue in London, Ont. We are a not-for-profit rescue group that concentrates on rescuing, spaying, neutering, and re-homing stray and feral cats. This is a wonderful profession to be involved in and it keeps getting better with every new animal I meet!
